Letter to Parents (July 2019)

July 12, 2019

Dear Parents,

The school year 2019-2020 is about to start. Classes will commence on Monday, July 22, 2019. I am excited and honoured to welcome all the continuing students back to school.

To those students who are coming to Bloomfield for the first time, we open our doors to you with a warm heart and receive you with gladness in joining the Bloomfield Family. To the student returnees, we are pleased to see you once more.

We begin a new school year filled with ardent prayers and complete anticipation for successful months ahead of us; learning, acquiring competencies, accomplishing performance tasks, raising the bar of excellence, increasing competencies as we meet our goals and deliver the output required and expected of us in our particular grade levels.

Our journey together this year will be filled with fun as we learn new skills, engage in challenging activities in the different subject areas especially in Math, Science and Technology, not to mention our various clubs and co-curricular activities. Our learning adventure starts with the new computers installed in the Kindergarten classes and in the Learning Resource Center, the implementation of the new Reading program from Kindergarten all the way to Grade 11, newer modules for the Career Laboratory, and the improvement of facilities in school. Immersion Classes which is a strength of the Senior High School Program continues to be a challenge enjoyed by our senior students.

We would like to work with you hand in hand in developing to the fullest the academic potential of your child and to continue to provide a high-quality education that he/she deserves.

Thank you for entrusting your children to Bloomfield Academy.
