Author: Cayla Danielle F. Santa Cruz

The most awaited Juniors-Seniors Promenade happened at The Grand Ballroom of Acacia Hotel on March 31, 2023, Friday. The JS Prom was an opportunity for students to hone their skills in socializing and mingling in a formal setting with friends, acquaintances, and schoolmates from Grades 9 to 12. To learn precise and appropriate table manners and improve social skills, the JS Prom must be an experience that students should anticipate in high school life. The Candle Ceremony of the Juniors and Seniors captured the beauty of the event with different portrayals of love and friendship resonating in everyone as the lighting of candles gleamed the entire venue as the Juniors serenaded the Seniors with the song, Can I Have This Dance?, from the hit Disney movie, High School Musical 3, and as the Seniors belt their hearts out with the song, Just Wanna Be With You, also from the hit Disney movie, High School Musical 3. The Turning Over of Key of Responsibility enthusiastically introduced and symbolized the duties and functions laid upon the shoulders of the Juniors as they turn over and step forward to the next level of their academic journey. Louis Ruemry B. Carballo, the Grade 12 Class President, led a moving Bequeathal Address as he turned over the key of responsibility to Rhoan Marie P. Morales, Grade 10A Class President, and Raphaign Cedric G. Sare, Grade 10B Class President who then received these responsibilities with their Acceptance Speech.
