ADMISSION FAQS
- Can you please provide information on the enrollment process at Bloomfield Academy?
STEP I: Fill out Bloomfield Academy Online Application Form using the QR code at the admission/Guidance Office. The online application form will require you to provide personal information, academic background, and contact details.
STEP II: Submit all the necessary admission requirements to Ms. Gina Villaflor. These requirements include your birth certificate, report card, and others. Make sure to double-check with Ms. Villaflor for the complete list of requirements.
STEP III: Schedule the on-site entrance exam. Once your requirements have been submitted, you will be given a schedule for the on-site entrance exam. This exam will evaluate your academic skills and knowledge.
STEP IV: Wait for the schedule of the on-site interview. After passing the entrance exam, you will be scheduled for an on-site interview with the school’s guidance counselor. This interview aims to assess your personal qualities, values, and interests.
STEP V: Wait for the release of the entrance exam and application result. After the on-site interview, the school will evaluate your application and send you the result of your application via email or phone call.
STEP VI: Proceed to the Registrar’s Office to enroll. If you have been accepted, proceed to the Registrar’s Office to enroll and pay the necessary fees. Make sure to bring all the required documents.
- What are the enrollment requirements at Bloomfield Academy?
Enrollment Requirements for New Students
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- 1×1 ID picture with nametag (3 copies)
- The latest copy of the report card must have a general average of 80 and a conduct grade of Satisfactory.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Incoming students who are ESC grantees should submit the ESC Certificate Number.
- Incoming students from Kinder, Grade 7, and Grade 11 applying for an academic scholarship for the Top 1, Top 2, and Top 3 should provide a certificate of ranking stating their rank from their previous school.
To enroll as a transferee from a school abroad, the following additional requirements must be provided:
- Complete Scholastic Record from the previous school
- Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Residence (for non-Filipino citizens)
- What are the enrollment schedules?
- The first batch of new applicants will be processed from April to May 30, 2023.
- The second batch of applicants will be processed from May 30-July 31, 2023.

ADMISSIONS EVENTS
We offer various admission events to help prospective students learn more about Bloomfield Academy and the educational opportunities available to them. These events include:
- Open House – A campus-wide event where visitors can tour our facilities, meet with faculty members, and learn more about our curriculum and extracurricular activities.
- Master Class – A unique opportunity for students to attend a class lead by one of our expert faculty members, alumni, or even students. This event allows one to experience our teaching style and methodologies and ask questions about specific subjects or topics.
- Online Learning Session – An interactive session where prospective students can participate in an online session with our faculty members or guest speakers. This event allows one to experience our online learning platform and get a feel for the virtual classroom environment.
We believe that these events can help students make an informed decision about their education and provide them with the opportunity to experience what it’s like to be a student at Bloomfield Academy.
SCHOOL FEES AND SCHOLARSHIPS
School Fees
The School Fees include the Tuition Fee and fees related to registration, laboratories, medical and dental, library, Learning Management System, energy, Internet, assessment, development, and group insurance.
Scholarship Grants
Bloomfield Academy Scholarship and Financial Assistance Program offers the following grants:
Alumni Discount
This is a discount given to all parents whose children are enrolled in Bloomfield Academy. The parent who is considered an alumni/alumna of Bloomfield Academy is an elementary or high school graduate.

Upon entry 15 %
Succeeding years of stay in Bloomfield Academy 5%
Bloomfield Academy Academic Scholarship (BAAS)
This scholarship is granted to the Top 3 students of each batch from Grade 1 to Grade 12 who are on the honors list. New students from Grade 1, Grade 7, and Grade 11 who belong to the Top 3 from the previous school are also entitled to the scholarship.

New students who will avail of the scholarship should present a certification of his/ her rank from his previous school.
ESC Subsidy
Educational Service Contracting or ESC is a system of government financial assistance that provides grants for deserving elementary graduates to pursue secondary education in a private high school of their choice. This is a subsidy given the service contracting to all incoming grade 7 students.

All incoming ESC applicants will wait for approval before it will be applied. Once approved the subsidy will be applied to the last payment of the tuition fee.
If the student applicant pays the tuition in full, the subsidy will be refunded to the student.
Multiple Sibling Discount (MSD)
Multiple Sibling Discount is granted to the families with 3 or more children enrolled in Bloomfield Academy. The following discount may be availed.

Solo Parent Discount (SPD)
Assistance to Person with Disability (PWD)
Bloomfield Academy provides 10% discount on tuition fee to PWDs as mandated by RA 9442.
Requirements:
Photocopy of the Valid Identification card issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs or Municipal Social Welfare office

Our admissions coordinator and Guidance Counselor, Ms. Gina Villaflor, will be happy to assist you with your inquiries and guide you through the admission process.
