ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES
We accept applicants for the following levels and programs:
- Pre-kindergarten (applicant should be at least 4 years old by August)
- Kindergarten (applicant should be at least 5 years old by August)
- Grade School (Grade 1-6)
- Junior High School (Grade 7-10)
- Senior High School (11-12)
Academic Tracks STEM, ABM, HUMSS
PRESCHOOL THROUGH GRADE 11
A. GRADE 1: The Applicant must be a Kindergarten completer with a Learner’s Reference Number (LRN)
B. ACADEMIC AND BEHAVIORAL RECORD
- Fill out online admission application forms (Personal Information, Health Information, Student Records) at the link: https://bit.ly/3MZkY0O
- Scanned / Electronic (PDF FORMAT) copy of Birth Certificate, preferably PSA ISSUED
- 2×2 recent picture with white background (2 pcs)
- Recent photocopy of the report card (except Preschool)
- Certification of good moral character from the guidance/principal (except Preschool)
- Submit the following requirements through email to the Admissions Office at admissions@bloomfield.edu.ph
- After you choose the entrance examination schedule on the BA application portal, the admissions committee will send a confirmation email to the applicant’s registered email address to confirm the scheduled examination.
- Pay the testing fee of ₱500 to the cashier on the day of your child’s examination.
- The official receipt will be presented to the Admissions Office before the entrance examination.
C. Examinations are conducted onsite.
Important Reminders: Please inform in advance the Admissions Office if you will not be able to come on your scheduled interview and examination date.
- Please come 10 minutes before your child’s schedule. Bring snacks.
- Please follow the dress code being implemented by the school:
– For the top: no sando shirt, spaghetti strap, and crop top;
– For the bottom: no skirt/shorts above the knee;
– Footwear: no slippers
D. RELEASE OF RESULTS
- After the examination, a notice on the status of their child’s application will be sent to their parent’s registered email within 1 to 2 days.
- For successful applications, the parents will receive an email containing the acceptance letter
E. PAYMENT OF RESERVATION FEE
A reservation fee of ₱5,000 will be required to ensure the slot of the student. This will be deducted from your tuition fees and will only be valid until your student’s enrollment. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

- Original copy of the Final Report Card (Form 138) signed by the School Head and/or Principal.
- One clear copy of the PSA Birth Certificate
- Long brown envelope.
The above requirements will be submitted to the registrar’s office.
F. MEDICAL RECORDS
Additional medical records may be required from applicants with medical conditions indicated in the online admission application form. The Clinic Department and the school’s attending physician will evaluate the submitted medical record/s prior to proceeding with the next step.
NOTE: If an applicant is from a foreign country:
- The applicant must be a Filipino Citizen
- The applicant must submit the following additional requirements other than those listed above:
- Report Card/Assessment Report with numerical equivalent or translation (English translation must be provided for report cards using other languages)
- Certificate of Promotion
- Photocopy of the Alien Certificate of Residence ( for non-Filipino Citizens)
