I hope this email finds you well. Please see the approved FB post with the narrative to be posted this afternoon at 2:00pm. Thank you and God bless!

Ending our week with a peaceful reflection at our Friday Mass service hosted by our Grades 5, 6 and 7 students. 🙏🙏🙏

Our gospel reading is in John 21:1-14, Jesus appears to his disciples by the Sea of Tiberias. They were fishing all night but caught nothing. Jesus instructs them to cast their nets on the right side of the boat, leading to a miraculous catch of 153 fish.

Just like when we face tough times and feel like giving up, the disciples also experienced frustration. But, by listening to Jesus’ suggestion and trying something new, they were rewarded with an abundance of fish. It shows that even when things seem bleak, staying positive and open-minded can lead to amazing outcomes. It’s a reminder to trust in guidance, embrace change, and be hopeful that better things are on the horizon.

May we all have a blessed Friday!

Ready, set, go! It’s time for Monday Assembly Science Trivia and Sports Recognition – the perfect way to start the week on a high note! 🎉🎉🎉

Our Grade 4 Students led the Monday Assembly as well as our Science Monday trivia about clouds. We also congratulated our awesome BA Acers Table Tennis Players: Maria Lydia E. Evangelista, Janina Marie I. Evangelista for bagging the gold and Jacob Russel M. Dela Rosa for winning silver at the Las Piñas Division Meet, Table Tennis Tournament last March 15-16, Friday and Saturday at Pulanlupa Elementary School in Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas City.

Their journey was not just a triumph for themselves but a testament to the spirit of excellence cultivated within the halls of Bloomfield Academy. Well done, Bloomfieldians! 🏅🏅🏅🥳🎉

And now for our science trivia for the day:

Clouds are like fluffy collections of tiny water drops in the sky. They come in different sizes, shapes, and colors. Some look thin and stretchy, while others seem big and bumpy.Usually, clouds look white because the tiny water drops inside are packed together and reflect sunlight. But when it’s going to rain, they get darker because the water gathers into raindrops, leaving bigger gaps between drops. That’s why rain clouds seem gray or black.

Clouds are grouped into three main types: cirrus, stratus, and cumulus. Cirrus clouds are like wispy, curly hair way up high in the sky, made of ice. They usually mean nice weather and show which way the wind is blowing up high.

Stratus clouds are like a big blanket covering the sky in layers. They often show up when warm, moist air is pushed up over cold air, making the air chilly and the day overcast. If they bring rain, it’s usually light.

Cumulus clouds are like big heaps or piles of cotton balls. They can go really high up and are made by strong, warm air rising. Most heavy rain or snow comes from them. How the weather will be depends on how high up they are. If they’re high, the weather is usually nice, but if they’re low, it might rain a lot.

That’s it for our Monday recap. Have a great week ahead, everybody!🌟

What better way to kick off the week than with the Monday Assembly and Science Monday led by our Grade 5 students and our amazing Kindness Agents leading the way to promoting good deeds? Let’s make this week one to remember!

Here is a quick trivia about memory: Memories are essential for our brains to remember information about the world and ourselves. They come in different types, such as short-term and long-term, working memory, declarative memories, and nondeclarative memories. Short-term memories last for a short time, while long-term memories can last for years. Working memory helps hold onto temporary information. Memories can affect our bodies’ reactions without our awareness, such as salivating at our favorite food.
