The United Nations Day is celebrated every October to commemorate the anniversary of the official creation of the United Nations through the 1945 UN Charter.
On October 27th, Bloomfield Academy will partake in this worldwide celebration through dance and arts demonstration.

Bloomfield Academy representatives attend the CEAP 2023 Convention, Oct.17-20, 2023, at Waterfront Hotel,Cebu.
This event, with a theme: “Pilgrims of Hope: Exploring Pathways of Synodality”, promotes collaborative discussions and actions amongst members to strengthen quality Catholic education and achieve solidarity and synodality.
*The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) is the national association of Catholic Educational Institutions in the Philippines founded in 1941. It now has more than 1,484 member schools.
On Oct 20, chosen BA students, under the mentorship of their teachers, will temporarily take on the role of the teachers in the classroom.
The student teachers will conduct the scheduled lesson and utilize teaching materials, technology, or additional resources as required.
The student teacher take-over, an experiential learning strategy, is instrumental in applying students’ knowledge and skills and enhancing their competence and confidence in communicating and facilitating.

Once again, a big congratulations to the outstanding members of the Bloomfield Academy Astronomy Team for their exceptional achievement at the San Beda Space Quiz 2023, held on October 5th, 2023 and organized by the Bedan Society of Young Astronomers. Their remarkable performance secured them third place in this prestigious annual competition, surpassing not only other schools but also specialized science institutions. They were officially presented with medals and certificates on October 7th, 2023.

Our week kicked off with a blend of solemnity, fun learning moments, and warm greetings.
1. Our “Science Monday” was all about space food, in alignment with our Astronomy-themed October.
2. We came together in prayer as we recited the Holy Rosary.
3. Warm birthday wishes were extended to our Principal, Ms. Elsie Torreno, and other October birthday celebrators, including Ms. Norly Guillano, Sir Mark Cuenca, and Nurse Aizel Gabriel.
