Dr. Mary Daffodil B. Cordero, a distinguished alumna of Bloomfield Academy, shared her expertise in Hotel and Restaurant Management at our recent Career Guidance Symposium. Dr. Cordero’s impressive academic background includes a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration from De La Salle University-Dasmarinas and a Master of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Philippine Women’s University.  Her extensive experience as an Assistant Professor at De La Salle University-Dasmarinas and her diverse industry background made her insights invaluable to our students.
